I put alot of thought into this.
What i thought about was how would i imagine and like the new dA logo to look like. Basically i didn't do anything extreme & wild, what i did was refresh the old one in a way. Here are some details on what i had in mind and did to the logo you're looking at. 1. Smooth: more round edges=friendly, approachable & open to human contact. 2. The logo as a whole creates some kind of circle (circular shape): interactive community=give and get 3. Bold: big company/community/site= power & influence 4. Clean: it is open to everyone *Edit: Fixed the typography a little bit & added the logo in a box as alot of people have done. Hope you get my point and hope you like it! Let me know what you think. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
